Certified Professional Inspector
The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors offers in-depth education and training for residential home inspectors, and has certified over 20,000 active home inspectors throughout the world.
Each of our home inspectors is a Certified Professional Inspector, trained and certified through InterNACHI with over 100 hours of instruction.
Specific areas of Internachi certification include:
- Radon and Mold
- Moisture Intrusion
- Fireplaces, Chimneys and Stoves
- Attic, Insulation, Ventilation and Interiors
IAC2 is a body that sets education and testing standards in accordance with the EPA Standards of testing and sampling. IAC2 is a non-profit, certifying body for home and building inspectors who have fulfilled certain educational requirements including those in area of indoor air quality and water testing. Indoor air/water quality issues include Mold, Radon, Biological, Carbon Monoxide, Formaldehyde, Pesticides, Asbestos, Bacteria and lead.
Home Inspectors must complete many hours of additional education above and beyond the Inspector certifications to be proficient in Mold and Radon detection and reporting.
Any person who is planning on using a drone for commercial purposes MUST pass a rigorous test to receive the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Drone Pilot License.

Part 107 addresses a UAS classification, certification and operational limitations and applies to the operation of certain civil small unmanned aircraft within the National Air Space (NAS).
